Your questions regarding ORDERS

How can I track my order?
After validation of your payment, you will receive an email informing you that your package has been sent. In this email will be attached a tracking link with which you can track your package.

What is the pre-order?

For a more reasoned production, MUSK also sells items available for pre-order in order to produce according to demand and to avoid overproduction. With this 0 waste policy, we contribute together, brand and customer to produce only according our needs.

When will I receive my pre-order ?

In addition to the shipping time, there is a production time. The production time can range from one month to two  depending on the pieces. It will always be indicated on the product description. We will inform you as soon as possible of any potential update.

In case of simultaneous purchase of a piece in pre-order and a piece in stock, both will be delivered in a single package when the pre-order piece will be available for shipment.

Can I cancel my pre-order?

Unfortunately, order cancellation is not possible for pre-order. However, it is possible to make a return when you receive your order. All pre-order pieces follow our return policy.

 

Your questions regarding SHIPPING

When will I receive my order?

I am in mainland France: my order will arrive in 2 to 5 days.

I am in Europe: my order will arrive in 4 to 9 days.

I am elsewhere: my order will arrive in 5 to 12 days.

Please note that these times are indicative.

How much do the shipping cost?

Shipping is free in mainland France for any purchase over 200 euros.

For all other destinations, shipping costs will be displayed during checkout. They may vary depending on destination.

What if my order has not arrived?

Contact our customer support or send an email to hello@musk-paris.com and we will do our best to help you locate your order.

Do I have to pay additional fees?

Is your order destined to a country outside the European Union? Local taxes and customs duties are the responsibility of the customer who is considered to be the importer of the goods. Please note that taxes and duties are not calculated at checkout.

 

Your questions regarding the RETURN

Can I change my mind?

Of course, upon receipt of your order you have 14 days to return your order in accordance with our conditions indicated on our Shipping, return and refund page.

When will I receive my refund?

MUSK undertakes to make the refund within 15 days of receipt of your package, if the item is compliant. Please note that shipping charges will not be refunded.

 

 

Your questions regarding CARE

How do I take care of my pieces?

Care instructions are specific to each room. You can find them in the product profiles, if they are still available on the website or inside the clothes on the care label.

I have to dry-clean my item, how do I choose?

Our pieces are often made from delicate materials and therefore require professional cleaning. We advise you to go through an ecological laundry.

 

Your questions regarding our COMMITMENTS

Where are MUSK clothes made?

As of today, our pieces are produced exclusively in France in our Parisian workshop, thus allowing us to reduce our carbon footprint as much as possible and letting us keep a better relationship and proximity with our suppliers.

Which charity will you support this year?

A communication at the end of the year highlighting the chosen caritative association and its commitments.

Are your packaging recyclable?

Our packagings are recyclable and made in Europe. Our tissue paper is also biodegradable and compostable. Our thank you cards are made of seeded paper. So remember to put them in the ground to make flowers.

How to recycle our thank you cards?

Read the paper.

Soak the paper in water overnight.

Place the paper 2 centimeters under the ground.

Water well for the first few weeks and wait.
