Delivery, return and refund

SHIPPING POLICY

MUSK delivers to France and internationally with the help of its two partners Colissimo and Mondial Relay. We work for the best deliveries as quickly as possible.

Shipping time and shipping costs:

MUSK offers free delivery in France for all orders over 200 euros for delivery to Mondial Relais relay points. Delivery is also possible to Colissimo home with signature.

International orders are sent by Colissimo. Shipping costs are charged to the customer and may differ from country to country. Shipping price will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Pre-order deadline:

Some MUSK items are available for pre-order. This implies that a production time is added to the delivery time. You can find the production time on the product description. You will of course be kept informed of the progress of production.

Taxes and duties:

Orders delivered outside the European Union area may be subject to taxes and customs duties which are the responsibility of the customer. The recipient is responsible and takes on the role of importer.

If the MUSK package is refused, the customer is responsible for the original purchase, shipping costs, any import charges incurred by the package, and the cost of returning the package.

When checking out, taxes and customs duties are not indicated.

UK Delivery:

From 1 January 2021, a parcel over £135 intended for export to the UK will require the recipient to pay any taxes or customs duties applicable to the country of destination.

We reserve the right to extend the delivery time for customs reasons.

RETURN POLICY

At MUSK, we hope you will love our pieces. But if you want to make a return, it's totally possible. You have 14 days , from the day after receipt of your order to exchange or return your items.

Return conditions: 

  • The return must be made within 14 days from the day after receipt of the order (postmark as proof).
  • Returned parts must be unused and in the original packaging.
  • The safety label must be intact.
  • Items must not be damaged or altered (watch out for traces of makeup and deodorant).
  • The article must be complete.

Please note that MUSK reserves the right not to refund the item if the above conditions are not met.

Returns from mainland France

In the event of an exchange or credit request, your return is our responsibility. To request this, please contact our customer service at the email address hello@musk-paris.com.

Returns for reimbursement from mainland France are the responsibility of the customer.

The steps to follow:

      1. Go through our returns portal within 14 days of receiving your package.
      2. Return your package by post within the same period of 14 days (the postmark being taken as proof) to the following address :

      3. Upon receipt of your order and compliance, your refund will be effective within 14 days.

Returns from the EU and internationally

From the rest of the world, returns are your responsibility and you can use the carrier of your choice. Here is the return address:

Please obtain a tracking number when sending your package. We also recommend that you obtain proof of postage for your records.

REFUND POLICY

The refund is made within 15 days from the date the return was received by our warehouse if all the conditions mentioned in the return procedure are met.

Pieces sold in private sales are only eligible for exchanges and credits. Refunds are not available for sale items.
